1. Program Period
The competition opens on 1st September 2026 at 0900hrs and closes on 19th December 2026 at 1400hrs (“Competition Period”).
Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility to Enter
The promoter is Dockland 5 Marine Limited (“Promoter”).

Entry is open to existing customers of the Promoter (“Referrer”).

3. How to Enter
To enter, the Referrer must share their boat name as their refferal code with friend, family member, or colleague (“Referee”).
The Referee must be a new customer (defined as someone who has not previously hauled out at or registered an account with the Promoter).
The Referee must haulout between 1.09.26 – 19.12.26 during the Competition Period.
The Referee must consent to being referred and contacted by the Promoter.

4. The Reward / Prize
Each valid referral successfully processed gives the Referrer 1 entry into the prize draw.
The prize consists of Bare Bones Knife Set from JAF valued at $189.99
You must be able to collect the prize from our office at Dockland 5 Marine.
Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Determination and Notification
The 1st prize draw will take place at 30.09.26 at 1400hrs, 2nd draw 31.10.26 at 1400hrs 3rd draw 30.11.26 1400hrs and final draw 19.12.26 at 1400hrs – all at Dockland 5 Marine.
The winner will be notified via Phone and email on the day of the draw.
You must be able to collect the prize from our office at Dockland 5 Marine.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select a replacement winner.
